One of the questions that most of our readers about to give their ITIL Exam ask is "Where can I find free ITIL Exam guides for V3?"
The fact is that most of the stuff available on the net is either not very detailed or very difficult to grasp for someone who isn't bothering to go through a classroom training for ITIL.

What I really like about this handbook is that the author does a pretty good job of cutting through the complex world of ITIL and its jargon and presenting only the meat of ITIL V3.
