For question 21, "a" is definitely wrong beacuse objectives can either be business or IT related . when analysing atributes of an outcome, you dont analyse the desired outcome but the process metrics of the outcome since that is an attribute.Also it should tie in with business objecives(ROI) and IT objectives( infastructure). answer is b
