The answer to Question 17 in ITIL Sample paper 1 is C not B as shown.

On ITIL Sample Paper 2 the answer to Q6 is surely B not D.
Also one of the answers to Q15 must have been mistyped as the correct combination is 3 and 4, which is not an answer option. 3 is ISM and 4 AvM.

Thanks for the info. I was planning to do ITIL V2. But since V3 is available I think I will go for it. But please tell me which book i have to follow for studing? Is the material entirely different from what we have for V2?

Here are the correct answers:
Paper1 - Q17: Prima facie, the answer looks C but in fact, its still B.
Paper2 - Q6: I am not sure, how I missed this, but yes you are right. It is B.
Q15: 3 and 4 is the answer. 2 and 4 is a typo.

I am not sure about which book, because our trainer had provided us with course notes which we referred for the exam. We didn't specifically use a particular book.

Based on the survey, majority of the voters have indicated that more than 50% of the ITIL questions are already present in ITIL Dumps site.

Hi..I am going to give ITIL v3 foundation certification in next couple of days. Request you all o send me some questions which you folks seen in your attempts.
I was able to sit and pass the exam today. Exam was harder them my expectations, But as I went through the all 5 books and then collected all sort of dumps) , I was able to get it over with 87% (not bad).
Recommendaion is to clear the concepts, then dump , Good Luck.

Cost of ITIL V3 exam today is Rs8250. I just gave the exam today and scored 62%, basically missed out due to one question. The question set has changed, if you are studying any question set. I had prepared 300 questions from a set that was being passed down in the office. Would caution that you need to study the material before giving the exam.
