what you wanted to mean by paper 1,2, 3...is there any sort of exam categorization under Version 3 or you are just maintaining a sequence ?

12 looks like it should be A to me.

Q 32 should be service strategy not service design!!!

Rahul - I think for all these tests, feedback on the comments - be it a correction in the original dump, or a reason why not to change it would be good.

Hi. Can u explain why in Q20, answer is B, not D.

The phrase, "indicates that according to the services catalogue, the PC will be replaced within three hours" sounds like a SLA contract to the users and not a RFC.

Gee_1 said...

20. A user reports a PC problem to the Service Desk. A Service Desk representative determines that the PC is defective and indicates that according to the services catalogue, the PC will be replaced within three hours. Which ITIL process is responsible for having this user's PC replaced within three hours?

A. Availability Management

B. Change Management

C. Configuration Management

D. Service Level Management
I think answer should be D, becz, response time is guided by the Service Level Management or aggrement

Santhosh said...

The answer for 20 is correct. Responsibility for replacing the user's PC is with Change Management. Service Level Management concerns itself with relationship with customers and internal providers.
